I’m Kema.
Most people know me in different ways.
Some know me as a lawyer.
Some know me because of my work in the energy industry.
Some know me through the companies I’m building.
Others know me because of The Impact Circle.
All of them are right.
But none of them tells the whole story.
I’ve never been interested in becoming famous for talking about success.
I’m far more interested in doing meaningful work, learning from it, and sharing those lessons with anyone who finds them useful.
Professionally, I’ve had the privilege of working across law, government, financial services, technology and the energy sector. Every role has reinforced the same lesson:
Great outcomes are rarely accidents.
They’re usually the product of thoughtful people making consistently good decisions over a long period of time.
That idea has shaped how I work, how I lead and how I live.
Outside work, I build.
Sometimes that means companies.
Sometimes communities.
Sometimes ideas.
Sometimes people.
I don’t see those as separate pursuits.
They’re all different ways of creating value.
This website isn’t a personal brand.
It’s a public notebook.
A place where I think out loud, document lessons, share projects and invite others into the journey.
