About Kema

Many roles.
One story.

Lawyer. Operator. Builder. Mentor. Writer. Each description is true. None tells the whole story.

I’m Kema

I am less interested in talking about success than in doing meaningful work.

Most people know me in different ways. Some through law. Some through my work in the energy industry. Some through the companies I am building. Others through The Impact Circle.

All of them are right. But none of them tells the whole story.

I am interested in doing meaningful work, learning from it, and sharing those lessons with anyone who finds them useful.

The lesson beneath the roles

Great outcomes are rarely accidents.

Professionally, I have had the privilege of working across law, government, financial services, technology and the energy sector.

Every role has reinforced the same lesson: great outcomes are usually the product of thoughtful people making consistently good decisions over a long period of time.

That idea has shaped how I work, how I lead and how I live.

Outside work, I build

Companies. Communities. Ideas. People.

I do not see those as separate pursuits. They are all different ways of creating value.

01

Work

Helping complex organisations align people, judgment and execution.

02

Ventures

Building practical solutions to problems worth solving at scale.

03

People

Investing time, attention and honest accountability in emerging leaders.
