Clarity
People make better decisions when the purpose and trade-offs are understood.
The things I’m building
My work lives where people, organisations, technology and opportunity meet.
Corporate stewardship
Complex organisations are fascinating because they reveal something simple: every business problem eventually becomes a people problem.
My day job is where I practise stewardship and leadership at scale—across strategy, compliance, execution and the human side of organisations.
I am interested in building cultures where talented people can do meaningful work together.
The operator’s view
The work is rarely one dramatic decision. It is a sequence of clear choices, honest feedback and consistent follow-through.
What the work keeps teaching me
Strategy matters. So do judgment, clarity, accountability and the conditions people need to do excellent work.
People make better decisions when the purpose and trade-offs are understood.
Leadership is the responsibility to leave people and systems stronger.
Good intentions become outcomes through consistent, disciplined follow-through.
GimmeWork
Across Africa, millions of people have valuable skills but remain invisible to opportunity. At the same time, households and businesses struggle to find trusted people to solve everyday problems.
That disconnect is not inevitable. It is a market failure.
GimmeWork is our attempt to fix it: infrastructure that makes it easier for people to find work, businesses to find talent, and trust to move at the speed technology should allow.
Why it matters
Today, that begins with Nigeria’s informal economy. Tomorrow, I believe it becomes something much bigger.
GimmeWork is not just another marketplace. It is our contribution to making opportunity more accessible.

Work is only one layer
The Impact Circle turns that belief into a deliberate year of challenge, accountability and growth.
