School of Growth

Learn.
Practise.
Become.

A developing learning space for people who want more than inspiration.

The premise

Growth should change what you can do.

Good ideas matter. But ideas become valuable when they shape judgment, behaviour and the quality of our work.

School of Growth is being imagined as a practical home for the principles that run through Kema’s work: character, discipline, leadership, stewardship and meaningful contribution.

The format is still taking shape. The standard is already clear: useful, honest and built for practice.

A curriculum for becoming

Four muscles worth building.

The themes below are the working foundation—not a promise of a final programme format.

01 · Self

Character & discipline

Building the private habits that make public responsibility possible.

02 · Work

Judgment & execution

Making thoughtful decisions and following through when the work gets difficult.

03 · People

Leadership & service

Creating the conditions for other people to become more capable.

04 · Society

Contribution & legacy

Measuring success by what becomes possible for people beyond you.

Why a school?

Because becoming is a lifelong practice.

A school creates permission to be unfinished. It gives people language for what they are learning, a community in which to test it and a rhythm that turns intention into change.

That is the opportunity this idea is exploring.

In development

Help shape something genuinely useful.

If this idea speaks to a problem you are trying to solve, share your perspective. Programme details will follow only when they are ready.
